This is the intro of a very old song I recorded in my first solo album, actually, it's a riff and the meaning of riffito ( that word doesn’t exist in spanish) would be “ little riff ”.
I’ve decided to show you this riff because of the tuning, I tuned from low to high;
C G D G B and E, I just tuned down 6th and 5th string.
So, from D to E string you should think in standart tuning but, in 6th and 5th string you should think as drop C.
From bars 14 to 21 you can chose to play the section using whether alternate picking or hybrid picking, actually, if I were you, I would practise it in both ways so you can develop both techniques.
I‘ve found it funny to play, I hope you enjoy it.
See you.
