Hello GMC!
This is a lesson in the style of Slipknot on a more advanced level. Some fast stuff going on here. Different styles of riffing that the Slipknot guitarists use such as pinch harmonics in between the riffs and also even natural harmonics!
There’s a paused type of riff that requires your use of short term memory which I find pretty useful to practice this type of music. Also on their latest albums they have come to use some cool lead techniques like alternate picking and legato also used in this lesson.
I hope you enjoy this lesson and get the most out of it!
