Kristofer Dahl6th June 2010This is such a cool technique - can be used for rhythm/solo and it's based around the pentatonic scale. A perfect lesson for all beginner rhythm guitarists.
Also I love you tremolo-ish (?) sound Stephane!

Hi GMC !
Here's a Blues/Rock shuffle to improve our strumming hand accuracy and our muting techniques.
We gonna combine a simple bass line with some double stops/single notes to get that syncopated shuffle rhythm.
An important thing is to mute the strings with your left hand when playing the up beat/ up stroke.
It's a classic 12 bars blues in A minor with 4 bars intro (A- chord).
Have fun practicing!
Stephane
