Hi guys, Joe Kataldo here, today we will be learning to play the AC/DC classic "Back in Black"

Key: E minor Tempo: 90 bpm

The main riff is based around three power chords: E5 - D5 and A5 all played staccato, muting with right hand palm. As you can see from the diagrams E5 and A5 are played only with index finger, kind of mini barré chord will help you mute unwanted strings a the same time.

In between this three power chords sequence there are two other phrases:

  1. A descending line on the E minor Pentatonic at open Position
  2. A Descending/cromatic line alternating between fifth and sixth string
Nice and easy to play, follow my spoken explanation to learn it in a glance!

See you next lesson,
Joe Kataldo
