  • Hey GMC, welcome to my new series. This time we are covering chords - and lots of them!

We will start from the very basics of chords, how they are built and some basic exercises to get us started. Then we will gradually progress to more advanced stuff until you become a chord master!

This first lesson will be about simplest form of chord and that is a triad. Triad consists out of only three notes. In the first 4 videos that are spoken videos, I am explaining how the triads are being made. You can freely take your guitar and play with me these first 4 videos. After that in the videos 5, 6 and 7 there are some basic exercises from the chords within a C major key. Just some basic chord changing horizontal exercise good for warming up and keeping the synchronization between the fingers sharp.

You don't need to keep it up the tempo with me, take is as far as you can, and move on to the next lesson if you want to. Of course stay precise, no matter what speed you achieve, every note should heard evenly and clearly.

Let's begin with chord basics! :)
