Studies using Abel Carlevaro´s theory on right hand scales fingerings. This will help you to come up with your own fingerings for finger picking. Also good for right hand technique and scales knowledge in position I for sigh reading drills.

Hello everyone, today we continue with the last half of diatonic scales for the right hand in Position I.

Abel Carlevaro wrote a book of fingered diatonic major and minor scales, for obvious copyright issues I won't use that scales, but instead I will use his theory to make the fingerings.

Hopefully with this you will be able to figure out your own fingerings in a lot of contexts. Also these are great drills for knowing the notes of the guitar and reading them in first position, so if you gonna try Vinod's sight reading drills you can use this excercises as warm up.

In the next vid I will talk about this theory (don´t worry, I wrote down the important stuff in that video, you wont miss a thing) and in next vids I will apply it to the scales. I would like you to play those scales exactly as notated and playing the repetitions, so you can go op and down as many times you want. Good luck.
