Hello GMCers! Today we are going to increase our repertoire of soleás. This falseta (term that indicates a brief composition in flamenco) has a little introduction and a main theme. Technically, you will use thumb, arpeggios and rasgueo, and, on the left hand, some half capos, that is a good option in many passages and brings the opportunity to improve left hand technique.
Remember that the main accents in soleá are in beats 3, 6, 8, 10 and 12, (in a whole form of twelve beats) although in this particular falseta there are a few rhythmic displacements.
I used capo on the second fret.
I hope you like it!
