In today's lesson we'll study a lead guitar section working over several different keys. We'll start in F# Dorian, then continue in G# Dorian. The second part of the track will use some notes in the scale of A Lydian.
Make sure to study how the licks work in rhythm and strive for a clean technique before speed as that is what will differentiate you from other players. If any of the licks are too difficult, try to isolate the difficulty and work on it slowly to find out what is causing you to stumble.
Hard practice will pay off! Have fun!
