Hi and welcome to the second part of this new series!
The title says all! In this series we´ll work on riffs, groove, rhythm. all we need to improv our skills. Well, as you can see in the main video, this lesson is about black/death metal riffing. So be prepared to fall into darkness!

Here we´ll combine minor chords with minor thirds from another chord to generate the classic horror tension you can find in great ambient/black metal bands. Also we´ll combine fast picking and minor atmospheres to get those dark sounds we love.

Take this lesson step by step and have fun!

Chords: included.
Used scales: E minor, E locrian, C minor
Bar: 4/4
Tune Down: 1/2 step

As some of you know, I use a POD xt to rec all my lessons. In my board you´ll find my presets ;)
On the other hand, here´re the settings for people who wants them..
