			We'll focus on phrasing, a very important thing which gives flavour to our playing. To build phrases we are going to use vibrato, glissando, arpeggios, full and micro bends, dynamic picking.

		Hi GMC and welcome to my blues phrasing lesson! Today's lesson is based on the "Daddy blues" theme - the song that I wrote when my son was born. The song has a swing rhythm and it sounds a little jazzy. 



In this lesson we'll focus on phrasing - very important thing, which gives flavour to our playing. 



To build phrases we are going to use: vibrato, glissando, arpeggios, full and micro bends, dynamic picking. Remember to breath between phrases. 



I used mostly Bb major scale, blues pentatonic scale and some major arpeggios.

Cm7, D7, Gm7, Fm7, Ebmaj7, Dm7, (Dbm7), Cm7, C7#9, C7b9, Gm9



I used the POD xt live preset called Gypsy Jazz.
