Nazgul, level is pretty individual matter
and dividing into 3 levels is very tricky to match,
there are gray areas in between and everything is possible.

I'm not that sure if I can recommend you a band or player
regarding this style cause this is not that much of a style at all imo,
what we have here is jumping from one position to another,
many players have done something similar,
Satch, Malmsteen, Govan, Gilbert etc.
Think of it as a Position Skipping (vs. String Skipping). ![]()
