  • When Ozzy released Crazy Train in 1980, few would have thought that it would become one of modern rock's most influential pieces. Whether you are into heavy metal, or blues, you owe it to yourself to study this piece.

In this lesson, we'll take a look at all the riffs that make the song so special.
Here is the structure of the whole song:

    Bass intro (8 bars)
    Intro Riff (8 bars)
    verse      (20 bars)
    pre-chorus (10 bars)
    chorus     (4 bars)
    verse      (20 bars)
    pre-chorus (10 bars)
    chorus     (4 bars)
    bridge     (8 bars)
    solo       (16 bars)
    Intro Riff (8 bars)
    verse      (20 bars)
    pre-chorus (10 bars)
    chorus     (4 bars)
    bridge     (8 bars)

As always, try to be as clean as you can and use this song as an inspiration to your own musical creations.

    Have fun!
