  • Hello GMC! Welcome to my Rock Solo lesson. This lesson was inspired by the band called Saxons, which has made a Riff King competition recently (www.youtube.com/riffking). I was jamming over their backing track and came up with this solo. Chord progression looks like this C G G sharp F. This backing track is pretty cool for jamming over it (typical 80's rock/metal). I tried to make a balance between faster and slower parts. This lesson should improve your vibrato, legato with alternate picking, bends. Some lesson's info:
