Hi, GMC! This is Study No. 13 in A major by M. Carcassi.

It is a right hand etude for arpeggios and repeated notes. Like some of other Carcassi Studies, you can try this using a pick.

Smooth left hand shifting is also desired. Since the right hand movement is repetitive, I will focus on left hand, showing to connect each chord change.
