Jeff31st July 2009I love this lesson and I am almost complete with it. One thing I have learned by practicing it is to memorize the finger placement first and then learn it by using the volume knob. I was trying to do both at the same time and it took twice as long! LOL This is one of the best lessons on here I think!

There are a number of lessons that I like to revisit from time to time for inspiration and to try to recapture feel for music when my playing seems contrived and emotionless. I don't understand why I didn't leave feedback on this when you posted it some months ago but it is the lesson I have wanted most to learn. Unfortunately, with out highspeed internet I have tried to get the feel out of the guitar pro tabs but I believe this is a case where no transcription can capture the feel of this lesson. So I return (using my work computer) to hopefully 'catch' the magic.
Let's focus on phrasing using the volume knob. This type of phrasing gives the best results with delay and reverb. Remember to pick strings a little bit before note in order to have time to swell your sound.
