  • Hi GMC, and welcome to my new blues singing lesson. :)

In this lesson we will cover a simple blues tune, and learn how to use previously learned knowledge from our breathing and vowels lesson and how to put it in a blues song. This song uses D minor scale, and a simple blues backing in D minor. Again it is necessary to concentrate the most about your breathing, and examine each video well before starting to exercise.

These singing lessons should be approached with the same detail and concentration as any of our guitar lessons, in order to execute properly. But be careful - the range of your voice and your guitar is a completely different matter. We are starting basic here for now! First warm up your voice and muscles, sit straight and take some time to sing D minor scale for a moment like we did in previous lesson. This will help a lot.

    Key: D minor
    Tempo: 120bpm

    Let's sing some blues :)
