  • How are you, GMC? Niccolò Paganini (1782-1840) was a legendary violin virtuoso from Italy. He had such an impossible technique that people rumored that he had sold his soul to the devil.

    His 24 Caprices, Op. 1, was composed for the solo violin. The last Caprice, No. 24, is probably the most famous one. Other classical composers such as Brahms and Liszt among others, have composed pieces based on this theme.
