Hello to all GMC guitar players :). In this lesson we are going to use a little more chord shifting with a classic piece that I did.

The chord are: Am D in the 1st part, then Bm A G on the 2nd, and Em A on the 3rd. As you can see in every part I start with the simple ones, and then I use the same chord just in different variations. Sometimes I add the 7 4 2 degree so the piece is always sound like its changing, even though I'm using the same chords :).

So basically what I'm saying is if you have a piece that only has 2 chord, if you plan it right it will sound intresting even if you repeat them :). Enjoy and good luck!

Ben, this is so useful for all types of composing, whether it be chord progressions or soloing. This lesson has made me loads more versatile in just one morning. GMC rules.
