Jelle4th January 2008this may sound stupid but hey i'm a beginner.
why are some of the note above the tab like the 3 in the first part while it sounds and looks like he picks the third fret on the high e- string?has this a special meaning?
Dejan Farkas4th January 2008Thank you guys ![]()
Jelle, if you speak about this mark |--3--| above the tab, it means that these notes below that mark are triplets. Is that what you meant? ![]()
Jelle6th January 2008yeah thanks for the explanation ![]()
Dejan Farkas6th January 2008You're welcome Jelle ![]()

Markus Roettger24th March 2008raindrops create a beautyful calm mood - pleas write more like this.
Dejan Farkas24th March 2008Thank you Markus, it depends on my inspiration and I'm in a constant search for it ![]()
sigma717th April 2008how did you link your inspiration "the rain" and transcribe it into the chords you used
Dejan Farkas18th April 2008well, I wouldn't say that I transcribed the rain into chords.. I heard sound of raindrops on my balcony (falling from roof), which sounded something like G, E, F#, G.. took my guitar and let the inspiration to lead me through the song, I did not choose chord progression, it came naturally ![]()
sigma718th April 2008thats amazing, i love the song, probably my favorite here
Young Shredder19th April 2008Oh my god, this is lovely! Absolutely going to learn this and play it for my "Special Someone"! Could you please list the chords you used?
Young Shredder19th April 2008Sorry, left a thing: Do you have full lyrics? The beginning seems very nice!
Dejan Farkas20th April 2008sigma7 - thank you very much ![]()
Young Shredder - thank you for the kind words, I hope "Someone Special" will like it ![]()
And there are no lyrics for the song, it is just a motive that may be developed sometimes
Young Shredder21st April 2008I Would like to know the chords to memorize it better. IF you have them up somewhere, I would love to hear them.
Dejan Farkas22nd April 2008Well, if I write you the real chords it would be even harder to memorize it ![]()
But if I simplify it could be like this:
Em, G, C, Bm, Am, D, G, E7
Am, Em, C, D, G, E7
Am, Em, C, D, G
But it is better if you can listen the tune enough times to be able to hear it in your head ![]()
sigma726th April 2008is there anyway to download the backing tracks to my ipod so i can practice when i am not around a computer or something?
Dejan Farkas27th April 2008I will upload the backing on my instructor's board later on this evening, just let me know what tempo you need ![]()
Dejan Farkas28th April 2008The backings are HERE ![]()

juiceyJUICE17th August 2008I dont get how to play the first measure.
Where the numbers are off the scale.
I bet its really simple but Im off.
help?
Dejan Farkas18th August 2008Try this.. count one, two, one, two, and then start to play on "two"..
It was written in 2/4 signature so it has two beats per measure, it starts with the pre-beat, or the second beat of the first measure.. Does it helps? ![]()
juiceyJUICE31st August 2008Haaaaaa!!
I get it.
Sorry havent been on here in a while.
BUT i listened carefully and looked.
and i got it.
I was confused as to the order i was supposed to play the first measure.
But now that im looking i see that its open-open-second-third.
Yah.
Im ready to learn some more now.
lol
Dejan Farkas1st September 2008Great ![]()
Sometimes pre-beats can be confusing in the beginning, but once you get it will not make any difficulties any more ![]()
