Hi, GMC! Here is the second study in A minor from Matteo Carcassi's 25 Melodious Studies for Guitar. This study consists of the same arpeggio pattern, gp-i-m-a-m-a-m-ag throughout the piece. It is easier to play the repeated notes as ghm-i-m-ih instead of gm-a-m-ah, but the main purpose of this study is to develop the fingers of the right hand.
Once you've learned the notes, I would strongly recommend you to work on it in the manner of the last two clips (#4 & #5) of this lesson.
p = thumb
i = index finger
m = middle finger
a = ring finger
