Jad Diab11th March 2008hey, really nice rythm man,
on the first video fo the Dsus4, why it's a Dsus4 and not a G chord ?
thx
Jad Diab11th March 2008actually i thought about it, and it's the same,

Jerry Arcidiacono12th March 2008Zizi top: Dsus4 is D-G-A while G is G-B-D. Almost the same
The highest notes in the riff are G and F# - over Dsus4 and D chords. So I think about this chord as a Dsus4 that moves to the D chord - the G note moves to the F# note.
Jesse28th July 2008The first part, reminds me so much of eddie!! Van Halen Of course.
Jerry Arcidiacono28th July 2008I agree with you Jesse ![]()

Jerry Arcidiacono19th August 2009Thanks Mirko. Try to record something for the REC if you have the gear.

hey jerry, why do you switch there from the 10. fret of the d-string to the 5. fret of the g-string? couldnt i stay on the d-string and go to the 12. fret?
is there any reason to play it like that? im sure there is... please tell me!
Jerry Arcidiacono22nd August 2009Hi Mirko,
I played the slide from C to D (5s--7) on the G string because I like how it sounds.
It's a small difference but you can play the same notes on the D string if you feel more comfortable.
Also, for me it was more comfortable that way and I've just tried your solution... I like the original one more ![]()
