jammer9126th October 2007Im stuck at this 9it not coming out right).
Lets say we needed to palm mute a 2 note power chord in the last strings and gallop triplets fast (sort of like bullet for my valentine).
Do we alt.pick? (when i do it, it comes out messed up)
Pavel26th October 2007Can you tell me we what video are you talking about?
Nody30th October 2007Excellent Pavel. Just what i was after.
Cheers
leedbreak11th November 2007I Had not taken the time to look at these two rhythm lessons, very helpful stuff thanks. And it is really nice with the extra angles especially for the picking techniques. Great lesson.
rmp5s16th November 2007Your lessons are always so creative...I was expecting some simple gallops and got come well placed artifical and natural harmonics and some interesting power chords. If you're not a multi-million dollar rock star, it's a damn shame!
Pavel17th November 2007Hahahaha thanks rmp5s! One day, one day.... Enjoy galloping my friend! ![]()
Nz sXe27th November 2007Awesome Lesson.
Love it, learning, having a blast well playing it.
Khaos Keith16th December 2007ah this video helps so much... i was trying to do my galloping with alternating up and down strokes each note haha. the two down strokes in a row makes galloping soo much easier haha.
Pavel16th December 2007Yeah! We usually miss really simple tricks, don't we? If you have troubles with something - slow it down like dead slow - usually helps to get the idea ![]()
Qualenp13th February 2008Great lesson Pavel.

Mike RR2415th February 2012Awesome Pavel. I don't know why I have not found this. I am struggling to learn galloping and the close ups are helping me out a lot. I really needed this lesson. It looks so easy to gallop but seems so damn hard ! Hopefully this will help with practice.
