   Hi GMC! In this lesson we will continue exploring the most used licks in rock music and also you’ll find a new rocker riff based in E pentatonic minor scale. As you can see, there are many possibilities and combinations to do with this scale and I think that there are a lot of riffs that are waiting to be composed so it’s your time to begin the creation!
I recorded the backing track of this lesson at different tempos. I also added a drum-only backing track for you to improvise with pentatonic minor scale different riffs over it. I would love to hear your creations so feel free to post your riffs in mp3 format in my personal subforum in the "Ask an instructor" board.

Hi aL! A tie is a curved line connecting the heads of two notes of the same pitch, indicating that they are to be played as a single note with a duration equal to the sum of the individual notes' note values.
