Odd time signatures are used in various musical styles. Many guitarists meet these signatures for the first time listening progressive rock songs or progressive metal songs.

Bending is a technique that makes the guitar such an expressive
instrument, and can transform the easiest leads into amazing guitar
licks. The key to success here is to be as precise as possible.

Let's work on downstrokes and some new intervals to make our riffing sound more interesting. One trick is to add a perfect 5th on a lower string, below the root note. With the extended angles you won't miss a note!

similar to our trusty major scale, the only difference is that it has a
flat 7th degree.
