			Time to help with your alternate picking chops and review the 7 church modes with 3 notes per string patterns.The track will go from one mode to the other without stoping, so make sure to be familiar with the following position.

		Welcome to the modal workout lesson! Today I decided to help with your alternate picking chops and review the 7 church modes with 3 notes per string patterns.



The track will go from one mode to the other without stoping, so majke sure to be familiar with the following position. Once you are, take a look at the first lick and memorize the sequence. All the rest should fall into place once you did that. 



The key is B and we'll modulate in the following order: 



B Ionian

B Dorian

B Phrygian

B Lydian

B Mixolydian

B Aeolian

B Locrian
