   Hello friend from GMC!

My next lesson is about alternate picking, and I use one of my songs to pratice that technique. It is very important to keep the movement of the wrist constant and soft. It is never necessary to do an effort to realize this technique, just think that the licks you are playing are very easy (it is a great trick!)

I use the A minor scale for this exercice, and I introduce a 5/4 compass =)

GUIDE:
0. FAST 120 BPM
1. SLOW 80 BPM

2. Riff part 1
3. Riff part 2
4. Riff part 3
5. Riff part 4
6. Riff part 4 ( 5/4 variation )

7. Riff part 1 harmony
8. Riff part 2 harmony
9. Riff part 3 harmony
10. Riff part 4 harmony
11. Riff part 4 harmony ( 5/4 variation )

12. Riff 5/4

13. Riff part 1
14. Riff part 2
15. Riff part 3
16. Riff part 4 & riff part 4 variation

17. Riff part 1 harmony
18. Riff part 2 harmony
19. Riff part 3 harmony
20. Riff part 4 harmony & riff part 4 variation

21. Riff 5/4

Another great lesson Juan, you've actually got me wanting to buy a white hat now. Loved the ending to this lesson as well, with that look on your face sort of saying "Tada!!"

I used to be able to only play the high 10-24 frets accurately but now with just this exercise in my twice daily routine i'm able to play the lower frets accurately... amazing, considering i've only played it for a day now. Keep up the good work Juan.

Dude, this lesson is really organized. I like the concept that you showed the video fast, then slow in another vid, and split up the riffs.

It sounds lot better slow when i play it.

By the way, what does Etude mean (in guitar aspect)?
