Hey GMC! We have a new rock/blues licks lesson! In this exercise we are going to continue studying Blues Saraceno amazing technique.
You will find great rock licks that are very helpful to practice alternate picking, legato and bending techniques.
This solo is the 2nd part of the first Saraceno lesson’s solo so it would be very interesting to play both of them over the extended backing that I recorded for you.

Scale choice: G pentatonic minor
Tempo: 117

I hope you get inspired!

This is so much like Saraceno man, especially when you slide up the neck like that. To me, these types of leads really have a very smooth articulate flowing style that fit so well. And I think a lot of it is not as much apprecialted as it should be because it may not be perceived as "shreading/speed". Creativity is the key and you've nailed a good lesson where the tune easily stays in my head. Looking forward to the next one!
