Gabriel Leopardi30th May 2007Thank you Guys!! I'm glad you liked it! I promise you more blues lessons!
Jeff1st June 2007This is so much like Saraceno man, especially when you slide up the neck like that. To me, these types of leads really have a very smooth articulate flowing style that fit so well. And I think a lot of it is not as much apprecialted as it should be because it may not be perceived as "shreading/speed". Creativity is the key and you've nailed a good lesson where the tune easily stays in my head. Looking forward to the next one!
Great stuff. Please - more more more blues.
Gabriel Leopardi25th June 2007It's nice to hear that! Thanks Jeff! I'll be back to blues soon.
Loved it, your blues lessons are my favorite lessons on GMC. Thanks.

Carlos Carrillo1st April 2009killer!! Saraceno style!
LPR920th April 2009I just loved blues saraceno ! what is he up to those days ? anyway, thanks for the lesson, you nailed it totally, I was almost keeping on playin your riffs one tone down , then up, as blues used to do !
congrats !

You will find great rock licks that are very helpful to practice alternate picking, legato and bending techniques. This solo is the 2nd part of the first Saraceno lesson's solo so it would be very interesting to play both of them over the extended backing that I recorded for you.
