Fingers Independence II
Hi, is Danilo here. Welcome to the second lesson about "Fingers Independence". I hope you liked the lesson one. I know you like those exercise, so I have some new ones just for your happiness!
In this lesson we look again at the independence and resistence of your fingers, because I think it's very important to become strong enough and agile to play whatever we want. Practice these exercises ten minutes each day at alternatives periods with the lesson one.
So, stop to the words, come in and start to work on the lessons, read the explanations and DON'T HURT YOURSELF! See you next time locking forward to the third lesson about "Fingers independence".
Thanks to everybody.

----------------------| | In this exercise ( Fingerr Chord ) we'll play some kind of strange chords while the finger "protagonist" play a little of the previous exercise.
The starting position is: index on fourth string, medium on third, ring on second and pinky on first. Play this starting position, then move the index to the fifth string, play all the chord...move the index on the sixth string and play again the chord.
After that...make the reverse work, and return to the starting position.
Invert the position of the index and the medium fingers, now is the medium our new friend...make him working hard!!
The target is to play all the notes and let them ring at the same time. The right hand play with fingers, ring on the first string, medium on the second and index on the third. The thumb play one time the fourth, then the fifth and last the sixth. If you want practice with the metronome, play one note per beat. |

Ex.( No matter the starting finger )
If we move the medium on the second string, the ring will move to the third and so...medium to the fourth, ring to the fifth, medium to the sixth...and come back to starting position.
Remeber, it's no matter the starting finger, the exercise remains the same. Try to mute the strings unplayed when you are going to the sixth string with your right hand's fingers and with palm-muting when you are going to the first string. If you want practice with the metronome, play one note per beat. |

Hi Danilo,
When your finger goes downward( From high E to lower E) does the string your finger leaves actually sound good if you should test it?
When doimg this excercise my pinky always hits the string below and I am wondering if this does not matter.

You have to mute the string that are not played, so let the pinky hits the strings below!
