Hi, Danilo here. Welcome to my new series, "Hands Synchronization". After the left hand "Fingers Independence" and the "Right Hand Basic" series, let both hands playing together to improve their synchronization!

In this series I'll show you some easy and simple exercises, so it's just needed to pay a little attention and practice these exercises 15 minutes each day! This lesson is intended for beginners but also the pro will find these exercises useful, even as a warm-up routine.

So come in and start to practice, in this lesson two fingers per time are required to play the exercise, simple as drinking a cup of tea...isn't it?

Practice slow and with constancy, this is the better way to improve! As ever, read the explanation inside and enjoy the guitar.

In this exercise (Index-Medium) both hands play together.
The left hand move and improve the independence between index and medium (our strongest fingers)while ascending, moving the index and then the medium, and by moving medium and then index while go from the high E string to the low E string. Try to make the opposite, Index-Medium while we go to the low E and Medium-Index when we go to the high E.
The right hand play and improve our alternate picking by playing everything with the alternate...we start the exercise with a down stroke (D-U-D-U) but we can put the exercise up side down by starting with an up stroke (U-D-U-D)!!

Practice slow, you have to hear all the notes at the same volume and with the much clarity possible.

In this exercise (Index-Ring) both hands play together.
The left hand move and improve the independence between Index and Ring (try to rest the Medium!)while ascending, moving the Index and then the Ring, and by moving Ring and then Index while go from the high E string to the low E string. Try to make the opposite, Index-Ring while we go to the low E and Ring-Index when we go to the high E.

Try to make the opposite, Index-Pinky while we go to the low E and Pinky-Index when we go to the high E. DON'T HURT THE PINKY, stop if you feel pain.

Member	Thanks, this is important stuff, your lessons should not be overlooked. I often listen to music lessons many times while learning them. This is not the type where you need to do that, you learn the patterns and off you go, you probably don't need to return, or not very often. I just want to make the point to Kris, that more people may well be practicing these type of lesson and benefiting from them, on a going basis, than is apparent from just looking at current user lists.
