Hi everyone! In this lesson, we will be examining a solo from a song of mine called "Haste". This solo utilizes some cool legato, sweeping and tapping.
The backing chord progression is: D# A# F D
The primary scale being used is A Ionian, or A Major. There are a few instances when the flatted 6th is also played.
As you learn this, make sure you make your own variations of the techniques and ideas you see here. You’ll get so much more out of the guitar if you learn and then expand on what you learned.
