Hi there, I am Lian Gerbino, and this is my first guitar lesson on GMC. I used 2 techniques basically in this lesson: sweep picking & string skipping to create this solo based on Luca Turilliīs style.

When you play sweep picking technique, both hands can be practiced separately to make your sound cleaner. Then, when you play the string skipping part, make sure to be comfortable with regular picking: down-up- down-up- down-up-...

If you have any problems let me know. Take care.

Guitar tune down 1/2 step
Tempo: 200 bpm

I hope you like this lesson. See you soon!

Terrific i love this its got a kind of a dark tone to it, i like the first tutorial video when your doing a slower demonstrations of the sweeping it almost sounds like an ominous darkness in some evil house or something i kinda wanna play it slow. But yeah great first lesson and welcome to GMC.
