   HEY GMCrs!

Tapping can be used to create lots of speed and crazy licks, but in this lesson we are going to take a more emotion and melodic approach. It is very basic and produces very melodic phrasings.

The second part of this lesson involves the open E string, hammerons and pulloffs, that provide a cool open feel. This lesson is great for the beginner if you want to tackle tapping and fine tune your technique. I provided one backing track because its quite slow (95bpm). Enjoy it and practice each part with the "NOME" (metronome).

I really hope this will inspire you to get down and practice this technique. If the tab is not perfect just let me know and ill be happy to correct it.

Peace and Love

JC

That is very nice damn good tapping but there is only one thing.. since im a begginner it would be better if we could have a slow tapping and fast tapping with another angle of view if that is possible but for the rest man you are the best ! biggrin.gif

i love this lesson. the only thing i can find wrong is that in the start video you play the fast tapping twice the speed as th other video.
it doesnt matter really, just confusing when i was playing it and it wasnt as impressive tongue.gif
brilliant stuff biggrin.gif

This lesson is GREAT, I just have two notes:-P

1) When tapping, it would have been definitely better, if you also provided a "right hand" wiev - I mean not from front, but from side of the fretboard:)

2) In current parts, it would be better not to use the delay, because I dont have delay pedal and I dont know, if it sounds right:-D (yea, this is more of my problem, i know:-D )

Other than that.. amazing:) Cant wait for next lesson:)

Hey Jeff
Is your backing track available for download as a MIDI file?
If not a MIDI format, could you tell me on what gear you composed it, please
Cheers
Great lesson
