Difficulty 5 of 10 Study Nr 6 in C Major, Op. 60-6 by M. CarcassiBy Kosei Kubota The sixth Study in C major from Matteo Carcassi's 25 Melodious Studies for Guitar. A study for playing counterpoint music. Difficulty 6 of 10 Fernando Sor Op9 Variation 5Fernando Sor Op 9 variation number 5. A difficult and virtuoso variation. What makes it difficult is the coordination with both hands. Difficulty 5 of 10 Prelude Nr. 7, Op. 28-7, by ChopinBy Kosei Kubota Frederic Chopin (1810-1849) was one of the greatest pianists/composers of the 19th Century. He has never written for guitar but I have found good arrangements of some of these Preludes for the solo guitar by Fransisco Tarrega. Difficulty 6 of 10 Fernando Sor Op9 Variation 4This variation, like variation 2, is kind of hard to play. A lot of position shifting in our left hand, some string dumping, and more! Difficulty 4 of 10 Study Nr 5 in G Major, Op. 60-5 by M. CarcassiBy Kosei Kubota The fifth Study in G major from Matteo Carcassi's 25 Melodious Studies for Guitar. This study consists of mostly single line melody with constant string changes. A good introduction to master left hand finger control. Difficulty 5 of 10 Fernando Sor Op9 Variation 3Fernando Sor's Variation over a Theme from the Magic Flute, the third variation. This variation is in E major, it is not very difficult but some attention is needed. Difficulty 4 of 10 Mazurka - CosteBy Dejan Farkas Mazurka is a Polish dance in triple meter with accents on 2nd or 3rd beat. It became very popular in 19th century over Europe at Ballroom dances. Difficulty 4 of 10 Study Nr 4 in D Major, Op. 60-4 by M. CarcassiBy Kosei Kubota The fourth study in D major from Matteo Carcassi's 25 Melodious Studies for Guitar. This one is for the left hand. It's a "pull-off mania" with pinky and ring finger. Difficulty 4 of 10 Fernando Sor Op9 Variation 2Fernando Sor Op 9 "Variations over a theme from the Magic Flute", variation number 2. It is in A minor and the variation is not so hard to play but shouldn't be underestimated. Difficulty 5 of 10 Handel - Sarabande ThemeBy Dejan Farkas Sarabande is a slow dance in triple meter with the distinctive feature that the second and third beats of the measure are often tied, giving a distinctive rhythm of quarter and half notes in alternation.
