WELL i finaly got my new guitar after a month of shipping hassels due to getting a broken one first......but thats the price of shipping hazzards.......so hear goes my review on it and list of upgrades i intend to do to this axe

Specs

Specs on this guitar are

mohogany body with a quilted maple top
rose wood fret board 22 jumbo frets
wizard 2 maple neck
zr tremelo bridge

Introduction

the list of upgrades i will be doing to this guitar is adding new pickups stan hinsley........a scorpion for the bridge and a rouge humbucker for the neck pick up ......I will also be adding a varitone passive controll pot.....for more controll on over all tone controll..........then a few other things like a dual Design strap lock system.. for the guitar strap.. planet waves auto trim tuneing machines.......and that should about make this guitar what i want just small minor things to make it my own....

Overall impression

my over all impression of the guitar.....was just plain awwwwwww........the finish on this guitar is just insane.has alot of debth to it .make the quilted maple top look almost 3d in a way.....almost like fish scales...the neck is very fast and thin.......but just thick enough to realy get a good grip on cords........there are no dots on the fret board..well 2 small ones at the 12th fret makeing it very clean looking ....... the rose wood fret board is nice and smooth...unlike other guitars i have played that have pits and groooves in it on.........cheeper guitars.... I got the guitar for roughly 800.00 usd...........and IMO well worth the money spent

Tone

The tone of this guitar is great ....nah that aint it ...um super natural........yeah thats what it is. The mohogany body gives you a massive tone..real beefy.....and the clean sound is quite good for stock pickups .......It has ibanez emg pickups in it......they have plenty of power but not much in the way of being very slective with choice of sound.............they are ither full top end gain or dead sounding .....but great for metal players who love the gain setting on 300,000........

Playability

the playability is very fast and smooth.........and the guitar is like 1 inch thick...........and molds right to your body like a glove..........It did need some setup.......I spent about 2 hours intonating it...and getting the action where i liked it.........you can get the action on this guitar realy realy low..with out any string buzz..............but i perfer it at the standard setting ........it was a bit high when i got it ........but the zr tremelo system is great very easy to change strings and intonation....in a flash has its own small intonating screw that just screws right back into the bridge so you dont loose it ................what a concept............

I also have a sound clip on uploads for you all to check out..........It is the stock sound just as you would get if you got one today..........and as i mentioned..........for stock pickups not bad sounding at all.........it realy dont need any upgrades at all.........but thats subject to personal taste as well............no to upload some pics for you guys to look at ..............Hope this review was helpfull thanks for reading it and happy playing all
