Last time during our chat we came up with an impromptu lesson that broke down the basics of "Double Picking" (picking each note of a pattern/scale twice). And everyone got it! So I"ve made a couple of quick bits to canonize the event. It makes the whole thing seem way easy!
THE SECRET: The secret to double picking is to separate your hands in your mind and start your right hand picking just at a constant speed. To this point, we are going to pick without moving our left hand. Just bar the notes in this example.

Very simple and now your double picking! You know what it means and you know how to do it! Congrats 
Now let's add one simple finger motion and your "Double Picking" a shape.
That's all there is to it Now let's add a SLIDE to our Alternate Picking work and then, Double, then TRIPLE PICK IT!
