Hey Guys !

Hi everyone, I'm not totally new on GMC, but this is my very first post.
I'm 22 and from France. I've been playing for 3 years, and decided to get serious about practicing 1 year ago.

I mainly play on an ESP LTD EC-500 (love that guitar, I just bought it 3 weeks ago), an Ibanez RG370DX and a Fender Stratocaster Deluxe.
I've been learning with a personnal guitar teacher for 6 months, but I REALLY improved my skills faster on GMC. I listen a lot to Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera (the Pantera Style lesson is great by the way ) and good old thrash / heavy metal bands, but I also listen to blues / rock (The White Stripes, Eric Clapton, SRV, Robert Johnson...)

I'm currently working on "level 4" lessons (precisely Pentatonic Solo Lesson, Pantera Style Lesson and the Classic Black Sabbath Lesson). That's the point that I like the most on GMC, since I can switch from metal to blues, to rock... And it's not just about learning an existing song, it's more about learning to play "in the style of". Amazing job, GMC team, thanks you again.
