For increasing speed and endurance i practice the following sequences to be able to play 2 or 3 repetitions and then incease speed by 10 bpm. Its will be fine vor all typical 3 Note per string patterns ascending and descending.

Your technique looks good. The only thing you are missing is achieving a little more relaxation, but that will come when you feel more comfortable at these speeds.
In addition to working in small blocks like this, I think it would be good if you could start connecting patterns continuously on the same string. In this lesson you will see what I mean:
