Just want to tell everyone that I just recieved my brand new ovation celebrity deluxe acoustic steel string guitar! And I am more that happy with it, sounds incredible, looks amazing and the round back feels great and I definetely recommend it to those who doesn't own a steel string yet or want another one Maybe there are any other ovation owners out there that would like to share their thoughts about these guitars?

Nice guitar! My friend has an Ovation and it sounds really good, it's mostly a wall ornament though but it looks good too so why now, it blue if I remember well.

I've got one of the lower Ovation models - must say still packs a punch - pickups and controls aren't as good but its still got the all important fibreglass back.

Is that a CC48? If so, I have the same model, except mines all black. For the price, you can't beat it.

I would reccomend putting Dean Markley Alchemy strings on it. They really do make it sing out
Unfortunately they don't do Alchemy sets for the 12 string yet.

No, actually mine is a CC44. Which means that mine has the medium deep bowl an yours which is a CC48 has the super shallow bowl The type of body that is.

Now thats a sexy guitar. i got an ovation me too!!! mines much cheaper but anyway, i love ovations as they are solid, has a nice tone and mine even has a built in tuner!
