I was sitting around listening to Iced Earth, and the song "I Died For You" came on, for those of you that dont know, the song is about a man who sells his soul to the devil after he dies so he can be with his true love again.

I liked this idea, but i got another one. This song is about an Angel (Female Voice Intended) who falls in love with a Demon (Male Voice Intended). Both God and Satan of course forbid such things, so they leave there respected realms of existence to be with each other. Not happy with this, both sides send out warriors to kill the 'heretics'. The song is unfinished, but it ends with the angel and demon fighting off a horde of enemies, after the battle they each take each other in embrace, sit away from the battlefield, and as the sun sets and the night rolls in, they die (from wounds suffered in battle)

It may sound alot unlike me but ive always been fascinated with the concept of true love, so anyway, ill shut up, and here is my idea.

Great lyrics man, but the title made me think of Morbid Angel more. I also like that Iced Earth song. I thought it was about Spawn.

Incredible! I love the entire concept of the forbidden love thing. Romeo and Juliet like sort of. (Heaven = Capulet, Hell= Montague) Maybe it's just me as we're studying Romeo and Juliet in school

Oh sorry I was thinking of "A Question Of Heaven" from Dark Saga.

Seriously though, I find the concept amazing. It's definitely one of the cooler ideas I've heard. Offtopic question, but are you in a band actually, and if so what style?
