I think it would be awesome if the backing tracks are downloadable, because I can't play the guitar when I'm at the pc. (In fact I can, but I don't do it as much. I enjoy playing a lot more when I'm in my room)
So if they're downloadable, I could put them on my mp3-player, and improvise on them or practise the lessons in my room.

The vids however should stay how they are now... If someone thinks about downloading all of them, and then puts 'em on the web, everybody can access the vids. And that's not how it should be.

Just my two cents smile.gif

yeah your right about the videos

but i think all the videos should be like the 101 videos kris talks alot during the practice which is awesome
some time i look at what instructors are saying and i cant figure out what theyr doin

and the tabs omg i think it would be AWESOME if they were to be in the lessons not outside the video window
i think that is a major distraction

stoping the video to see the tab lol

I agree, the backings should be download-able, and I think that something similar is already being done on the mighty GMC biggrin.gif

Hi,

Yes, i think it would be really helpful if the backing tracks are download-able !!!

Most of the lessons cover different and sometime really advanced technics. I often have to repeat some parts over and over again to be able to play them properly. The possibility to play this part separated as a loop would be a great option.

I can understand that GMC wants to keep the videos were there are, as i think it's really well presented and easy to access. I personally don't need the video anymore once i have understood the fingerings ... that doesn't mean i'm able to play it and this is where practicing begins.

Anyway, i have learned so much from here and it's by far the best concept to take lessons (...with download-able backing tracks it would be brilliant wink.gif )

thanks,
wrk

The backing track download function is being built in. Just give it some time - there is a lot of work Kris and Henrik are doing at the same time smile.gif

Just plug your line cable in the headphone or audio output, and put the other end in the line input!

works for me...

That's a solution but too much hustle. Much easier would it be when we have our own backings downloading service.
