Hi guys Joe here, I'm going to shot video material for 8 new lessons, and I'd like to ask to you members, which are your preferred additional multi angle view (apart from both left and right hand together not zoomed that is standard), if you can name just your top three I'll make them standards for all my coming lessons

My idea was:

A) close left hand angled toward the headstock;
cool.gif close left hand angled toward the bridge;
C) right hand focus angled toward the nek;

What do you think?

Thanks.

Im curious how you instructors get these camera angles- especially the "instructors eye" angle, where you look down on the guitar like what the student is seeing when they play their guitar - how do you manage to hold the camera for awquard angles like this??

i always enjoy the right hand views btw Joe wink.gif thanks

WIth the tripod it is doable, but... you have to get the perfect spot and don't move the neck or body.

Wel.. I'd say talking in the video, apart form the angles. Then a top three of video angles:
1. Normal, aimed on the fretting hand (fast or first fast then slow)
2. very close on the fretting hand (played slowly)
3. Very close on the strumming hand, especially with harmonics. (slow or fast or both)

I like the three you mentioned, if I understand them right that is laugh.gif
But I believe that should be sufficient smile.gif

After a main video where both left and right hand are showed I'd like to add three multi angle, one zoomed to right hand and two zoomed to left hand with different angle biggrin.gif
