Hi there,

As you probably know - it is nowadays possible to achieve professional recordings at home, thanks to the computer revolution. Basically all you need is a starting budget (which doesn't have to be very high), a room and...lots of knowledge and time to get your pro sounding recordings.

At GMC we already have a recording board with recording and mixing classes, recording video lessons, and a collaborations and virtual band board.

So what more do we need? We need a blog series on how to build your own studio - which is what Andrew is about to give you! biggrin.gif

Check out the first entry of the new "A Studio is Born" blog series here.

I am personally really looking forward to these updates - as I need improvements in my own home-studio as well! smile.gif

Setting up your own studio can be very confusing and overwhelming if you dont know what to buy and how to properly use what you buy.
