This is a result from just messing around in clean, I have no idea what I should call this tongue.gif Its not something I would expect my self to make tongue.gif
Its basicly just pentatonic scale over some sour powerchords, please give me some constructive feedback smile.gif

Cool sound!
Kinda got me thinking of Dinosaur Jr., they have some really cool and completely-crazy-but-still-great solos.
Not that it sounded crazy but the sound reminded me of that, oh well i'll stop rambling now smile.gif.

I like it. smile.gif Interesting sound.

To further ellaborate on it - I would like to see a drum beat coming in after a while (drum machine or something).

Parts of that would make a great intro to a song!

I enjoyed listening to that - I was surprised after reading your "build up" though, I did not know what to expect after reading that !!. lol

I agree with Pick, it sounds very much like an intro and for me I thought it was dripping with overtones of Guns N Roses type intro's.

Nice sounding play - thanks for sharing it with us.

My constructive critiscism is to be brave with your words next time - or you will never get anyone to listen to it - you need to say " This is an incredible bit of music I wrote and perfomed myself using some of the technicques and skills learned of the past few months, ....." first time I read the post I read your intro and decided to skip it, but I am glad now I did listen in the end."

Well done.

I made it my self. It's the aucustic-mode on a cube 60 with chorus and reverb, and EMG 85 neck position played with a pick. I always use those settings at clean, it sounds so good for such an inexpensive amp..

The cube is good because you have an output for direct recording - right?

True - all though that sometimes can lead to negative feedback because people think you are bragging about your music.

The direct recording doesn't sound as good as using a microphone of course, but it sounds pretty good with direct recording too. If I had a microphone I would rather use that. The sound gets a little "innestengt" with direct recording. (I dont remember the word in english..)

Yeah, if you come off as arrogant you'll lose support fast.
