The things that he says about practicing speed are almost exactly the same as I practice speed ohmy.gif Start slow the learn the pattern by head and then make a big jump in speed and start making it clean at that speed. I think that with this approach practicing your guitar skills remains more fun, cause I cant keep playing it slow for ever laugh.gif

Shawn Lane was probably the fastest shredder ever, shredder with some sense, I've seen others (youtube) that supposedly play faster but I can't make any sense of what they are playing.
