I'm have to say the Gibson have to wide neck for me
Then i'm was try the Jackson SL3 the Guitar feel good specialy when i'm stop play and let the sale man play over it biggrin.gif
then i'm pick My dream Ibanez 2550Z but my fingers wasn't play good over the neck..thats aslo probaly becouse i'm was shame be first time on store like that and trying play there...But whats happen then suprise me the sales man bring me other type of Ibanez which was SV5470FNBL..the guitar is pretty light mahagony beast i'm was like the neck and sound and if i'm be buy new guitar soon probaly thats don't be Ibanez 2550Z

i'm realy start like the Jackson Sl3 and the SV5470FNBL..

i'm have few guestion about the SV5470F

My two cents on this is that before buying a floating tremolo you have really got to make sure your ready for the hard work it carries. My Edge III tremolo got messed up and now the tech i go to hasnt been able to figure it out :'( but that rarely happens. What im trying to say is before you buy a floating tremolo know that its extra work. Also make sure its a good one!!

The thing about being really stupid, is that there are a zillion ways to be a moron. There are usually several ways to be intelligent, given a situation, but it is a small finite number. But there are always a zillion ways to be to blithering idiot. So finding a new way to have the intellect of an artichoke is nothing to be proud of really, it is easy to do.

So true... To bad im still an artichoke haha

Hi Rene,

Can't speak on behalf of Ibanez but the SL3 is a screamer! The set neck is awesome! I know you have a viper atm, and going to a floating trem is going to be a bit different. If you want to stay with a string-thru/ hard tail, take a look at Jackson's SLSMG. Comes loaded, EMG's ( make sure it's a newer model with the 81/85 set ) and a set neck for around a $1000.00 This is the guitar that Trond uses in most of his lessons. If nothing else, just check it out! smile.gif If you can find one tongue.gif

Raelly, out of the SV5470F and S5470F, I would go with SV5470. I haven't played either guitar, but from what i've read and heard, the SV's True Duo Pickup system is extremely versatile, since its one of those coil-tapping systems. The S model's pickups aren't coil-tappable, so thats one up. Also, the bridges on the two guitars are completely different. The Bridge on the SV only goes down it seems (that doesn't need locking nuts), but the S has a floating bridge, so it goes up and down (which requires locking nuts). I might not have all my facts straight, but I still would go for the SV model wink.gif

Thanks Fullmetal_Tmd for your reply

actualy i'm not good with deciding which guitar is good and which is bad...like i'm set i'm was visit today1 time the store and i'm smarter abouth the ibamez a litle..For sure the SV5470F {and also Jaxkson sl3}feel for me better like my dream and never try 2550Z...actualy i'm dont wana get wrong i'm still beginer and i'm using now esp viper ltd viper 50 and aslo i'm have now Vox valvetronic Xl 30....My goal is now to buy guitar which can stay with me for long time.....its not easy to pick guitar for me becouse i'm like to play everything...like i'm wrote before...i'm like metallica ramstain sruff and lot of other thras metal group...but i'm also like nice melodic stuff like Kris and Marcus Nocturnal vision lesson....

my goal is to buy verry verstaible guitar which be probally Ibanez AND now i'm start like it the SV series like i'm wrote before....or buy Metal Guitar and wait and later buy 1 more Versatible Guitar ..the Metal Guitar can be probaly Jackson Slmg or some type of Esp Guitars........

it's crazy to decide...thats like i'm have now aquarium redy for fish bud i'm not sure what kind of fish i'm wana get there laugh.gif {thats real conclusion} biggrin.gif

take easy all...all respond are welcome cool.gif
