I went though the lesson i understand it. But how would that work with arpeggios.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean when your playing a scale or arpeggio how to play it in 1/4 notes, 1/8 note, 16th notes, etc.? For example how many notes are played for each beat?

Would you like some exercises like this?

I am trying to do the lesson you assigned me but i am not sure how to play it to a metronome. I dont even know how to play a scale

Well for that lesson you could just use one of the backing tracks. However if you want to use the metronome than set it to maybe 30bpm - 40bpm to start with. Strum a chord. Then for each click you hear your going to play 2 notes (these are called 8th notes). So one on the click, one in the middle and then one on the next click.

If I didn't explain things good and your still not sure just let me know.
