If you are wondering what the MVC program is all about, check the announcement here!

This is the poll for our first MVC member - the program aims to recognize and reward members who are outstandingly helpful on the forum and without whom GMC would be a much lesser place.

So, vote for your favourite and post your reasons to this thread and lets see who will be the first MVC!

Voting will close in around a week.

I voted for a guy that spent 5 straight hours in the chat while I composed a submission to a collab and TORTURED him with 12 different takes.

Andrew, there is another correct that needs to be made I believe. It's lcsdds for Monte.

I voted for lcsdds (Monte). He has always shared his knowledge and encouraged a lot of members here to become better players. To me he is the example of a tried and true member (not taking away anything from the others nominated because all you guys are great) that represents what GMC is all about. Helping others.

Good luck everyone. smile.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato
