I got really upset yesterday when I found my Baby-dog Lexx chewing up the whole front on my AER 60, acoustic/jazz amp.
So I had to bring the council in Staffayland together to find an adequate punishment for this little rascal.
The story can be found below.

Staffy , you are missing the point. Why did he do this
This youngster is screaming out for your attention
Screaming out to a cold and cruel world -yearning for love , yearning for affection
Oh , can't somebody do something

The judge doesn't knows anything about anything, he's totally stupid, he can't even talk..... laugh.gif
But in this case he made his judgement based on the Prosecutor's pleas, so its fair enough!!!

I love how dogs can do something that's actually really bad, and then look at you like "I did something fun today... yay tongue.gif" like on the picture tongue.gif A bit the same as with little kids tongue.gif

Of course it's different when they eat your jazz amp....on the other hand, he could have choked on the plastic with worse results!

Speaking in Lexx's defense, At least he didn't pee on the speaker! I believe he meant know harm. You can still use it. Maybe he was just upset because he hasn't heard his favorite amp in a while. biggrin.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

Hehe, I've tried that before when he ate the toilet brush, neither that or trying to bark at him has no effect! laugh.gif

Hmmm, You said something true there, I think thast was his actual plans - eg. first remove the front and then pee on the speaker.
And yes - he hadn't heard neither his favourite amp or his favourite music (Howlin' Wolf songs) in a while, I guess I have to change direction to something heavier! laugh.gif

Poor Lexx, I'm sure he just decided to practice his teeth-defending skills in case some burglar decides to steal all your gear some day in the future, and thought that black box was a punching bag and not an amp, thus when he saw the speaker inside stopped tearing it apart laugh.gif

You made a funny story of it Staffay biggrin.gif.
A shame of your Baby-amp. Lexx is really cute, except for the amp-eating.

Hmmm, interesting theory. So now I have to buy some more amps, so he can have something to train at??? So what do we suggest here, some Bogners??? laugh.gif

laugh.gif can't have been Lexx, he looks so innocent. I think that rabbit got the entire verdict confused, which wouldn't surprise me since they aren't that smart.

Besides, I think Lexx did a teriffic job, it looks much cooler after. I think he thought the foamy-cover reminded him of his masters beard but he couldn't really attack the alpha dog to chew it off so he settled for the amp ... this time blink.gif

EDIT: Are you sure it wasn't the rabbit? They can be quite cruel, I've seen that in a Monthy Python film.
Putting the rabbit as judge opened for him to put the blame on any random animal.

I dont agree to this, Zakke is a lot smarter than my business-partner. (which in fact tells more about my business-partner than Zakke.)

Thats definitely true, Zakke's supposed-to-be wife is a very cruel rabbit, in fact I renamed her from Omega to Anna-bel Lector, since she tries to chew off a bit of my hand everytime I shall pick her up. (see below)

I've been thinking of that, but then I have to give up the jazz-playing (which in fact leads to nowhere anyway... tongue.gif ) Maybe I shall try to get him interested in the Marshall cabinet instead? Then he got some serious chewing to do!!!
