It could be a killer solo, or even a full instrumental that causes you to feel that strong emotion. One of mine would have to be "More Than Words" by Extreme. Even though it doesn't have any overwhelming guitars in it, it is such a beautifully orchestrated song and the guitar playing is sublime!
