I had to buy it myself but whaddya gonna do? This approach is sooooooo not for everybody. It's a pretty new trend in Pro and Diy audio. I first started noticing it when Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park did it in his home studio. I've had it for less than a day and WOW! I will NEVER go back! Its not as high as it looks, the low string action combined with the plate covers makes it appear pretty high.
